Refund Policy - the basics
PLMN Property Works provides property maintenance, repair and renovation services. Because our services are bespoke and carried out to order, refunds are not normally available once work has started. If you cancel a booking before work has begun, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund depending on any costs already incurred, such as materials ordered or time reserved. If you are unhappy with any work carried out, you must notify us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, correction or alternative solution. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under Scottish or UK consumer law.
